I posted scrapbook covered new paint cans earlier.  I also like to cover them in felt.  They are darling and make a great container to fill with goodies for someone.

The supplies needed are: New paint can (purchase at hardware store like Home Depot), felt, Tacky glue, ribbon, & embellishments.

Start by cutting felt pieces to fit and glue them on can with “Tacky” glue.  Glue ribbon strip.

Glue on embellishments.  I used felt flowers that I purchased at Hobby Lobby.

Cut and glue felt to the lid, add embellishments.

What a fun container to fill with goodies!  I have even tied extra ribbon on the metal handle for extra fun!
